We are getting all of our ducks in a row behind the scenes here, and should be ready to launch Union Made III Vendor Applications the first week of April! So if you are interested in applying, keep an eye out. We will be posting on facebook, twitter, right here on the blog, and on our mailing list when applications are up.

On Sunday June 24th, about 50 local vendors will set up on the plaza in Union Square, Somerville to sell their handmade goods. As usual, we will curate the mix of vendors for style, methods and materials from both vendors new to the biz and those who have been showing us how its done since the 90′s. This year we have a million fun ideas, and have decided to go full-on-summer block party, in nautical style. If you have never come out to Union Made, check out our photos from 2010 and 2011.
Union Made III will also feature live acoustic music, demonstrations and hands on art making, and continue our nautical theme with Small Craft Advisory creating washable stencil tattoos of ships, mermaids, sharks, anchors, and whatever else we feel like, while also working on our knot tying skills. Maybe a couple other tricks are up our sleeves as well, so we will be posting more about specifics and our totally sweet vendors in April and May!
